Retention periods are limited to what is strictly necessary:

  • Member data: for the duration of the membership and up to 3 years after its end
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
  • Contact form data: up to 12 months after the last interaction

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Sharing and Transfers Abroad

Your data is not transferred outside Switzerland.

Some external tools (e.g., Notion, social media platforms) may process metadata; we ensure they maintain equivalent protection standards.
